We take the security of your data seriously. We use technical and administrative security measures such as, but not limited to, firewalls, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, among others, to work to maintain the security of your online session and personal information.
Access Your Information
You may access and update much of the information you have submitted to us through ClassPract. You may choose to close or request that we delete your account and your associated data at any time by sending a message to [email protected]. We will verify the request before deleting your data.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data, although some information may be retained. For example, some information may be retained on a server or media, which is necessary to help ensure continued availability of our products and services. We retain your Personal Information as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested. Additionally, we may retain Personal Information to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, trouble shoot problems, enforce our TOS, and as permitted by applicable law.
We may send service-related alerts or other information via email. You will not be able to opt-out of any service-related or critical alerts.
Please note that certain service-related messages that we send are necessary for the proper functioning and use of the ClassPract product and services and you may not have the ability to opt-out of those messages.

The data we process may be transferred to, stored, and processed in, the United States or any other country in which ClassPract, its parent company or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain operations. By using and providing information to us through our Service, you agree and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data to any such country in order to provide the Service.

Your Online Activity, Location Data, Do Not Track
We collect information about your interaction with our products and services such as actions taken, IP address, unique identifier of the device, operating system version, and app version.
If you choose to use a product or service that uses information about your location, we may collect location information from your device and will notify you of this collection. You may control or disable the sharing of location information via your device setting and/or the service.
Without an industry or legal standard of interpreting Do Not Track Signals (“DNT”) sent to us by your browser, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.
Surprisingly Normal may collect information about children under the age of 13.
